XPE Fitness – is a complete Athletic Based Group Fitness system that includes; a well-rounded strength and conditioning program that also incorporates the athletic components of speed & agility, power, balance, coordination, stability, mobility and mental toughness.

Movement Preparation
All XPE training sessions begin with a dynamic warm-up that properly prepares the body for what it is going to be asked to accomplish. This includes increasing the body temperature, dynamic stretching and muscle activation techniques that immediately improve an athletes ability to perform the demands of the session.

Strength Training
At XPE, we believe that strength is the foundation upon which all things athletic can be accomplished. Our strength training program is offered 3 days per week with sessions dedicated to Upper-Body, Lower-Body and Full-Body. Each of these sessions also include a core strengthening component.

Conditioning (Plyometrics/SAQ)
Endurance/cardiovascular capacity is offered to improve an athletes capacity to perform a high number of reps over long periods. Exercises such as sprinting, jumping, reaction drills and change of direction are introduced to raise an athletes heart rate, burn calories and develop a strong energy system.

Training Facilities
XPE Facilities are open design training spaces with areas dedicated to strength training, conditioning and athletic movement.
Fully equipped weight-room, turf training, running track surfaces allow for limitless training of the components of athleticism.
Coach Craig – XPE FTL
Craig Hragyil brings more that 30 years of experience delivering an elite level of coaching to professional athletes, youth athletes and fitness enthusiast alike.
He developed the XPE Fitness Performance program in which he the other XPE Coaches specialize in coaching groups in the areas of strength and conditioning, athletic movement, speed, agility, balance, coordination in order to deliver a complete training system much like the training system our elite competitive athletes participate in.
His passion and expertise for helping people reach their goals is evidenced best with what his clients and program participants have to say about him.
