Tony Villani’s main responsibility at his own XPE/Villani Sports program in South Florida is to train athletes. He is fully involved in all aspects of NFL Combine Training, ALL Pro Off-Season Training, Middle-High School Training, along with assisting in all phases of XPE Sports business development.

Jon Abbate, President XPE Sports

Jon was a high school and college football training client of XPE Sports in Atlanta, GA for more than 4 years. He went on to have an All-American career at Wake Forest and win MVP of the ACC Championship game on way to the BCS Orange Bowl; the ONLY time Wake has ever been to the game. He spent 3 years in the NFL with the Houston Texans and Washington Redskins before pursuing a job in Medical Sales. Wanting to help others that way he was helped, he left his highly successful Medical Sales job and relocated to South Florida in 2010.

His main responsibilities are:

TJ Jackson, Founder Prep and Sports

TJ Jackson had an illustrious high school career at Olympic Heights in Boca Raton, FL and was the Palm Beach Post Player of the Year. He went on to achieve a scholarship to Virginia Tech University and was player of the game on 2 national televised games. He founded XPE Sports-Florida in 2006 and transferred this for profit training business to a non-profit approach with Prep and Sports full time in 2009. More information on Prep and Sports and TJ Jackson can be found at It is a non-profit program that uses the XPE Training Program to provide training for at risk and underprivileged along with providing various educational and life skill programs to the youth. While TJ’s full time job is to effect the lives of many through Prep and Sports, he also is a trainer for XPE/Villani Sports and assists with NFL Combine and Pro Athlete Training.

Dr. Kevin Christie, Head of Medical and Recovery Services

Dr. Christie is a Chiropractic Physician and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) who dedicates himself to treating his patients’ symptoms and physical dysfunctions, whether it’s a professional athlete, a weekend warrior, or an office worker. Aside from private practice, he is currently the clinical director for XPE Sports Combine Prep Program in Delray Beach, FL. This role includes treating the college football players during the NFL Combine Prep Program and during the NFL Combine in Indianapolis. He also has worked on over 125 NFL players and numerous MLB and NHL players as well as currently traveling on the PGA tour with Back9 Tour Services where he treats and trains PGA golfers. Christine Lewis, Director of Nutrition and Meal Preparation

Christine received her Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics from Florida State University in 1996. She lived in Atlanta for 12 years where she owned a Nutrition and Personal Training business and began working with Tony and XPE before moving down to the South Florida area. Her first year with XPE in Atlanta she helped Tony produce 3 NFL Picks in the Top 15 of the draft. With over 15 years of experience in the nutrition and fitness industry, Christine truly enjoys helping athletes with their personal nutrition and helping them achieve their fitness goals.
